The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Renowned for its fruit-forward, no-nonsense wines, Maison Ventenac has emerged as one of the leading names in the Cabardès region. Specialists in single-varietal vinification, Stéphanie and Olivier Ramé have a rare talent for capturing the pure, original character of the grape—delivering wines that are irresistibly generous and full of life.

Each bottle is a reflection of their deep understanding of the terroir and their precise, confident winemaking style.
Wine The 2024 Cabardès Diane Rosé is a delicate, pure expression of rosé, led by fresh wild strawberry notes and a refined, airy aromatic profile. Built on a base of Cabernet Sauvignon, with Grenache and Syrah rounding out the blend, it strikes a beautiful balance between crisp acidity and subtle weight.

Light, vibrant, and refreshingly understated, it’s a no-frills rosé—perfect for aperitifs or alongside marinated fish dishes.
Vinification Grapes are sorted and crushed. Fermentation at 18°C in stainless steel vats, no malolactic fermentation, aged for 2 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats.

For environmental reasons, this wine is sold without a capsule.
