The 2024 Cabardès Diane Rosé is a delicate, pure expression of rosé, led by fresh wild strawberry notes and a refined, airy aromatic profile. Built on a base of Cabernet Sauvignon, with Grenache and Syrah rounding out the blend, it strikes a beautiful balance between crisp acidity and subtle weight.Light, vibrant, and refreshingly understated, it’s a no-frills rosé—perfect for aperitifs or alongside marinated fish dishes.
Vinification:
Grapes are sorted and crushed. Fermentation at 18°C in stainless steel vats, no malolactic fermentation, aged for 2 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats.For environmental reasons, this wine is sold without a capsule.
