The 2021 red Saint-Chinian Sortilège unveils itself with finesse and a delicate fruitiness. Aromas of rose, spices, potpourri, and flowers mark both the nose and the palate, creating a complex and voluptuous texture! A truly elegant red wine, best enjoyed in good company with poultry. A favorite of the Committee, rated 93/100.

A beautiful take on Sauvignon Blanc, the 2023 IGP Coteaux de Fontcaude Silice White is crisp, vibrant, and spot-on. Bursting with notes of ripe stone fruit and citrus, it’s a fresh, precise expression that captures the grape’s charm with southern flair. This is Languedoc Sauvignon at its best—perfectly ripe, lifted by the natural freshness of its terroir, and aged with a light touch that lets the fruit do all the talking. Nicolas Sanson, our Languedoc buyer, fell head over heels for it.
