A rising star of the Mâconnais, Pacaud Vignerons is the new name to watch. Brothers Julien and Sébastien Pacaud farm 12 hectares across Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Loché, and Saint-Véran — all certified organic since the 2022 vintage.

The 2023 Saint-Véran Terroirs de Chasselas White charms with its precision, finesse, and beautifully pure style. Aged with great restraint, it has an easy-drinking character that really shines. Hand harvested. Direct pressing of whole grapes. Vinification without sulphur, using indigenous yeasts. Aged for 10 months on fine lees, 40% in oak barrels used for 4 to 6 wines and 60% in concrete and stainless steel vats. Light filtration on white earth before bottling at the estate.
