Vinification:

Hand harvested. Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel and cement vats. Matured for 18 months in barrels, 40% of which are new.

Bright garnet red.

Nose:

Beautiful aromas of ripe cherries and blackcurrants underlined by floral notes of rose.

Palate:

Voluminous and supple, this vintage offers this wine a breathtaking subtlety, with velvety tannins mixed with a long and silky finish.

Temperature:

Serve at 16 to 18°C.
